Re-Dawn Ceremony

The 11th day of the passing for mortals is normally celebrated as a Faith Ceremony. But this day was sanctified with a prayer for the descent of the Avatar yet again in our midst. The programme commenced at the scheduled hour, at 0630 am, with a prayer to Beloved Bhagawan for the proper conduct of the programme. Then, as one set of Ritwikds performed a sacrifice and another did a study of Rudra Krama followed by Upanishads.

Devotees from these countries put on a musical program.

Songs were in the native languages of the countries, apart from English and a number in Telugu-Hindi mix. Bhajans by the troupe followed before Bhagawan accepted Mangala Arathi at 1930 hrs.

Sports Festival, 11-12 January

The sports festival was held on two days, 11-12 January 2011. This festival illustrates in so many ways that sports does not have to mean competition. The students do all sorts of exercises and daredevial stunts, using collaboration instead of competition and the tool.
